These terms cover the services provided by Ai Handled, LLC ("Ai Handled", "we", "us").

The Business Deep Dive is also covered by the Deep Dive Agreement you sign before your session. If the two differ, the agreement wins.

The free assessment and savings calculator on this site give rough estimates based on what you tell us. They are not promises of any result.

Paid work, like a Business Deep Dive, setup or monthly upkeep, is agreed with you in writing before we start, including the price.

Payment terms: invoices are due upon receipt and can be paid securely online by debit or credit card.

If you go ahead with setup within 30 days of your Business Deep Dive, the $500 Deep Dive fee comes off your setup price. This credit applies to any setup package booked within those 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to anyone else.

Monthly upkeep has a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month. After the initial 3 months you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: to cancel, email keith@aihandled.co. Because all software accounts are in your name, you keep full ownership of and access to your accounts, data and settings — we simply remove our access.

Software we set up for you is billed to you directly, at its normal price, and the accounts stay in your name.
